TL designed and manufactures a microcomputer control that replaces an electro-mechanical control in an existing product and integrated the new control into the product's existing package. This microcomputer control improved the capability of customer's product by incorporating closed loop control over UV light energy, and improved its calibration. We adapted and expanded the design for new products, providing a consistent "look and feel" in the customer's product line. We work with the customer's in house staff and other outside engineering firms to develop new features and functions. This product line has made our customer an industry leader because of the capabilities of their advanced controls.
