FURNACE CONTROLS ENGINEERING SOLUTION
TL designed hardware and software, and manufactures proprietary controls
for a manufacturer's line of industrial furnaces. We work closely with
our customer's scientific and engineering staff to provide a state of
the art system to measure and control temperature and atmosphere inside
the furnace. A proprietary control was developed rather than using a
commercial product in order to protect trade secrets and processes developed
by the furnace manufacturer. We provided automation / control of related
equipment. We integrated local area network capability, to down load
process parameters and collect process data, for scheduling, reporting
and SPC quality control functions.
