Industries’ high volume plant is a 11,000 square foot facility that
contains medium to high volume surface mount equipment and low volume
through-hole equipment. This facility is about 3 miles from our main
facility.
TL Industries’ box build facility is located adjacent to our high volume electronics facility and powder coating facitlities. The 8,500 square foot facility is used to assemble electronics, sheet metal fabrications, wire harnesses and other miscellaneous components into completed, fully tested final products.
TL Industries has a wholly owned subsidiary, AMPP (Advanced Metal Precision Products) which is a manufacturer of custom, precision sheet metal components and assemblies. Located in an 80,000 square foot building located approximately 3 miles from the main facility, AMPP is a state-of-the-art manufacturer allowing TL Industries to compete in the system integration and box build markets. At the same time, AMPP services its own customers who represent 80 percent of their total business.
TL Industries established its own automated powder coat facility in the year 2000. The facility covers 11,000 square feet and incorporates advanced Nordson painting technology in a enviromentally controlled room to produce Class A finsihes for its various customers.
