TL Industries currently has one Universal Model 6241 VCD-Sequencer 3 Axial Lead Sequencer/Inserter System.

This machine combines the sequencing and insertion of axial leaded components into one continuous process at a rate of up to 15,000 components per hour. The Model 6241 also features dual lead sensing, which verifies insertion of both component leads. There is an on-line repair feature which allows the operator to replace a faulty or missing component.
