TL Industries currently has three Quad System 100MV semi-automatic solder paste machines.

These machines apply the solder paste to blank printed circuit boards before the boards are placed in the surface mount component placement machines.

The operator places the blank board on the machine and then aligns the board using the machines vision system. The board is then automatically moved under the screen where the solder paste is automatically applied. The operator removes the pasted board and places it on the surface mount component placement machine where the surface mount components are placed into the paste for reflow soldering.
