one DEK 265 automatic
solder paste applicator.
Unlike
the Quad 100MV,
the DEK 265 is
completely automatic.
An operator is
not required to
load each board
to have the solder
paste applied.
After
the operator has set
up the machine,
the DEK 265 will
load a blank printed
circuit board,
apply the paste
and move the board
down the conveyor
to the surface
mount component
placement machine.
When all the components
have been placed on
the board, the
DEK 265 will load
another board,
apply the paste
and repeat the
process until
all the boards
have been processed.
