Hop-on, Inc. (OTC:HPNN) is a publicly traded company whose mission is to develop innovative new products and services that make communication easier and more convenient for everyone. We strive to extend the immeasurable benefits of modern telecommunications to an ever-broader population through pioneering new technologies and applying existing technologies in new and better ways.

Cell Phones
A prime example of these efforts is our disposable digital cell phone, which makes the security and convenience of wireless phone technology available to everyone, regardless of age, income, or credit status. Featuring an affordable handset and requiring no usage contract, the Hop-on phone is ideal for kids, teens, seniors, travelers, or anyone on the go who wants the convenience and security of a cell phone, without the burden and hassle of a conventional cellar commitment.

Accessories
In addition to making communication more affordable, we're committed to making it safer, more fun as well. That's why we offer a wide range of value-priced cell-phone accessories, including wireless hands-free headsets, car chargers with pivoting heads and retractable cords, jeweled headsets, and much more.

The World
The world of wireless technology is as limitless as the human imagination, and Hop-on is here to find ways for everyone to be part of that magical world.

Hop-on is the leading developer of disposable and fully recyclable cell phones. The idea for these phones was the brainchild of Hop-on's chairman, Peter Michaels. Peter was on a business trip in 1999 when his cell phone died. In dire need of this invaluable communications tool he wished that he could simply buy an inexpensive temporary replacement phone, the way people buy inexpensive disposable cameras when they're away from home and need to take some pictures.

When he returned home, he decided to find out if such a phone could be built. He recruited several engineers to begin research and development and after several prototypes and refinements, they developed a simple wallet-sized "disposable" cell phone. Hop-on unveiled "the world's first disposable fully recyclable cell phone" in July 2001 at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores Convention in Las Vegas.

The Hop-on phone generated overwhelming interest and media attention and was featured on several national network news programs. Its crowning glory came at the end of the year, when it was named as one of Time Magazine's 2001 inventions of the year.
