MAGNET
MONITOR ENGINEERING SOLUTION
TL provided engineering and manufacturing services for a cryostat monitoring
system based on an interface to a specialty sensor. We designed circuits
for auxiliary control functions for maintenance of the magnet, and safety.
The monitor system responds to commands and reports status and alarms
to a central computer over a fiber optic communication link. This design
required considerable attention to radiated emissions, and safety agency
regulatory compliance. TL reduced the load on the customer's staff to
allow them to respond to demands for new products.
