These guidelines show the basic information necessary to manufacture a customers' products. By following the guidelines below, we will be able to return your request for a quote more quickly and accurately.

1. The quantity requested for quotation and if the quantity is for one delivery or multiple deliveries. If the quantity is for multiple deliveries, the time frame the deliveries well be consumed.
2. The product's part number and revision level.
3. If the product will be supplied tested or untested to the customer.
4. The substitution policy of the customer.
5. If the quotation request is for material and labor or for labor only.
6. The name and phone number of the contact for the quotation.
7. The date the quote is requested to be returned.

1. The product bill of material with manufacturer's part numbers.
2. The printed circuit board fabrication drawings (drill and trim), which should include the outside dimensions of the printed circuit board, the number of holes for each hole size, the base material, the copper specification, the reflow process, and masking requirements.(Gerber files)
3. The product assembly drawing(s).
4. The product test procedure and schematic if applicable.

All items listed under the Thru Hole PC Board Assembly Minimal Requirements plus:

1. Identification on the product bill of material which components are surface mount and which are thru hole.
2. Packaging specifications for the surface mount devices.
3. Solder paste stencil documents (this charge can be estimated if not available).
4. Surface mount device placement cad file in ASCII format with reference designators information and component placement rotation (theta) data (in degrees).
5. If the surface mount devices are placed on both sides of the printed circuit board then the cad file should have either separate sections for each side or each placement location should carry side information (e.g. top, bottom, component side, solder side...).

All items listed under the Thru Hole PC Board Assembly Minimum Requirements and all items listed under the Mixed Technology PC Board Assembly Minimal Requirements.

1. The product bill of material with manufacturer's part numbers.
2. The fabrication drawing(s) for the sheet metal, which should include the material stock and finishing requirements.
3. Sheet metal component silkscreen documents in applicable.
4. Artwork(s), including fabrication drawing(s) for label requirements.
5. The product assembly and wiring drawing(s).
6. The product test procedure and schematic if applicable.

1. 3.5 inch, high density floppy disks (IBM format) or CD-ROM.
2. Printed circuit board artwork files - Gerber format.
3. Surface mount placement files - ASCII format.
4. Label artworks - DXF format.
5. Silk-screen artworks - DXF format.
