Zierick Model 9500
Semi-Auto Terminal Insertion System

TL Industries currently has two Zierick Model 9500 Semi-Auto Terminal Insertion Systems.

The Model 9500 has a production rate of up to 5,000 pieces per hour. The operator locates the board assembly holes over the anvils and presses down on the board to begin the insertion cycle.
