Quad Systems QSP-2
Quad Head Component Placement System
TL has one Quad Systems Model QSP-2 Quad Head Component Placement System, which features QuadAlign In-Process Touchless Centering.
The system has the capability of handling 0402 through QFP400 (or QFP208 with QuadAlign) components and ball grid arrays. The machine has a placement rate of up to 14,000 components per hour with placement accuracy down to 12 mils. The machine can place 4 components at the same time and hold up to 134 – 8mm feeders.
