TL Industries currently has five Quad Systems Model Ivc Single Head Component Placement Systems in operation.

These machine features touchless lazer shadow component centering and has a downward and upward looking cameras for fine pitch placement. The machine is capable of placing 15 mil components.

The machine can place up to 3,500 components per hour depending on the board size and component mix and can hold up to 90 – 8mm tape feeders. The accuracy of the machine is +/- 0.002”.
