Systems Model IIIc
Single Head Component Placement System
TL has one Quad Systems Model IIIc Single Head Component Placement System, which features low impact precisor pads component centering.
The machine has a placement rate of up to 3,200 components per hour with 25,000 placements possible per program. The machine can hold up to 90 – 8mm feeders. The maximum board size is 18” x 22” with a placement accuracy of +/- 0.002” maximum.
