you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase of any of our
merchandise.
Our very easy "no questions asked" 90 days return policy allows
you to return for any reason any order, and get your choice of a
full refund or exchange within 90 days from the date of shipment.
Please note that custom orders or items showing signs of wear or
those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any
way cannot be accepted for return. All gemstone silver ring items
need to have all of the original tags still attached and need to
be in an unworn condition.
Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization Number will
not be accepted.
HOW
TO RETURN AN ORDER
Please follow our 3 easy step return process:
1. Get Your Return Authorization Number.
Email us at econnorsent@comcast.net
or call our customer service department at (610) 942-9912 and
ask for your Return Authorization Number.
You will receive an E-Mail with your Return Authorization Number
along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.
2. Package Your Order
Please carefully include all original packaging material including
all paperwork inside shipping box. Make sure to include your Return
Authorization Number on the shipping label.
3. Shipping and Insurance
For your protection, we recommend shipping with FedEx, UPS, DHL
or USPS Registered mail. Make sure your package is fully insured
for the total value. Gemstone Silver Rings Online is not responsible
for items lost or damaged while shipping. Items shipped without
obtaining a Return Authorization Number or received in a damaged
or tampered box, will not be accepted.
HOW YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED
Once we receive your returned item and our Quality Control department
accepts it, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the
item excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be issued using
the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
