Track My Shipment
To track your shipment click the tracking number listed in the “Tracking Alert Notification” email sent to you from the carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS). You should have received this email when your order was picked up by the carrier from our warehouse.

The Tracking Alert System allows the recipient to check the departure date of the package, check current location status and see the estimated delivery date so you can plan your day/week accordingly if you like.

Order Processing and Shipping
Please allow an average of 5-10 business days from date of purchase for your bike to arrive. Our main warehouse is located in Southern California. Shipments are delivered by FedEx and UPS Ground.

To track the status of your order enter the Order Number associated with the order you wish to get a status. Here you are able to check on your order and obtain the order shipment tracking number (waybill number), which is different than the order number.
