At Formosabali.com we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
Should any product purchased from formosabali.com be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the formosabali.com website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.
However, please be informed that most of our products are handmade and some of them are the only design available so we can not guarantee you will receive exactly the same products.
We do not accept return or refund of any products purchased differing from the pictures. We tried our best to provide the pictures the same outlook as the products but the effect of lighting, monitor pixel and others are beyond our control.
Return Policy
There is no re-stocking fee for returned orders. Contact us within 10 days of receipt of your product to request a refund or an exchange. Call us at:

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
You are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to Formosa Bali Enterprise when you return product that is not defective. You are responsible for the product until it is received at the formosabali return address so it is recommended that you insure the package for the value of the original purchase.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued back in the same manner that payment was made. If you used a credit card or PayPal for payment, the credit will be issued back to your credit card or through PayPal. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be issued in the amount of your credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the merchandise or the result of an error by Formosabali.com. You are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to Formosa Bali Enterprise before getting the refund.
