Terms & Conditions
Reservations, Rents and Deposits Due:
Rental Fees, Cleaning Fees (if applicable), and Deposit(s) are due in advance for the purpose of reserving the designated time period as well as to offset any damages (financial or physical).
In the event of cancellation, Lessor reserves the right to retain any or all of the Rental Fees and the Deposit(s) Paid To Date as Consideration for inconvenience and loss of opportunity. In the event of cancellation due to a verified emergency, Lessor will attempt to re-rent the unit. If successful all moneys paid will be refunded less a $95.00 re-booking fee.
The portion of the Deposit(s) not required to offset any damages, normal wear and tear excepted, will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cleaning Fee:
For rentals of less than $1000.00 the cleaning fee is $125.00.
Smoking:
No cigar smoking on the property. No cigarette smoking inside the premises; OK, outside. Thanks.
Pets:
We are pet friendly for small and medium dogs, only.
