MATS 4 ALL COMPANY POLICY At the current time, we can only ship products inside the Continental United States. All in-stock items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Please refer to shipping rates for exact shipping and handling rates. If a product is out of stock, MATS 4 ALL will notify you of the expected delivery date and confirm if you wish to wait. Placing an order with MATS 4 ALL indicates acceptance of all the terms and policies stated herein. Any order shipped to Pennsylvania is charged the applicable sales tax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cashier's check or money order as payment. Please make cashier's check or money order payable to E-Connors Enterprises. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact MATS 4 ALL regarding replacement or merchandise credit. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective or damaged merchandise via ground shipment at our expense. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
