If any of the items your received is
damaged, please return the
items to us within five (5) days of receipt.
Please follow these simple steps:
1. All
merchandise being returned must:
(a) Be returned in their original packaging and/or individual box. Please do
not write on the package or box.
(b) Include a copy of the packing slip. This provides important information
for proper credit to your account.
(c)
Include a brief explanation for the return.
2. Credit is given for
the cost of the returned merchandise. The shipping and handing charges are not
refundable.
3. Depending on your credit card company, the credit may take up to two
cycles to be reflected on your statement.
4. Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer.

items, once opened, are not returnable.
