- When should I expect delivery?
Most products leave the warehouse by the third business day after you order.
Orders after 2pm Eastern Time are sent the next day. Your order may be delayed
if we are experiencing unusually heavy order traffic, but we will do our best
to get order on its way to you as soon as possible. After the product leaves
the warehouse, standard Fedex Ground and Worldwide shipping times apply, and
depending on your location, it takes from three to six business days within
the US, and somewhat longer for international shipments.
- What about overnight delivery?
Overnight and second and third day delivery is available for an additional
charge. Keep in mind that it may take two or three days before your order
can be processed and leave the warehouse. Please email us at sales@rcthrills.com

- What if I need warranty service?
All of our products include the warranty from the manufacturer. These
products are made with the strictest standards of quality control. If you
receive a product that is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information
and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive.
If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved
by notifying Fedex. If you ever have any questions not answered by the manufacturer
or by UPS, please contact us at sales@rcthrills.com.
- What if I want to return something?
Our products are name brand merchandise, and we understand that sometimes
you may not be satisfied with a product you purchased from us. You can return
any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be
in saleable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We
must charge a 10% restocking fee because the manufacturer charges us this
fee. We ask our customers to pay the return shipping charges. Please note
that we do NOT resell returned merchandise on our web site. Please email us
at sales@rcthrills.com and we will
send simple return instructions.
- How safe is my credit card information?
Your credit card purchase is processed through our merchant processor
in real time on secure eCommerce servers. The information is encrypted before
it is sent to us to protect your privacy. Credit card information that you
share with us is handled in strict confidence and used only for processing
your transaction. Your credit card couldn't be safer!
- How can you offer such low prices?
You get the benefit of our close working relationship with the wholesalers'
of our merchandise. We process your orders electronically and ship those products
directly to your door. We don't have the costly overhead charges of a "brick
and mortar" retail storefront and we can pass the savings on to you!
- What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the shipping and handling costs charged to
us by our wholesalers to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouses.
All products are shipped by Fedex Ground, Air, or USPS Next Day Air. See the
special webpage on shipping for more information.
- How long should I charge my battery?
The chargers we sell are four-hour chargers. Battery packs should be charged
only four hours with these chargers.
- How long is the play time?
Play time will vary according to the type and age of the battery pack,
the size of the vehicle, the performance level of the vehicle, and the playing
conditions. Larger vehicles have larger motors and shorter run times. Average
run times are as follows:
4.8 Volt vehicles - 30 to 45 minutes
6.0 Volt vehicles - 20 to 25 minutes
7.2 Volt vehicles - 10 to 15 minutes
9.6 Volt vehicles - 15 to 20 minutes
- How can two vehicles be operated at the same time?
For two vehicles to be operated at the same time in the same area, they
must operate on different frequencies. Each vehicle operates on a frequency
of 27MHz or 49 MHZ. A sticker on the front of the box will tell you the frequency
for that vehicle. Unless specifically stated, you cannot change the frequency
of a vehicle unless it has a removable frequency band crystal. Some of our
vehicles have removable frequency band crystals that can be changed to allow
the vehicle to operate on up to six different bands within the 27MHz frequency.
This allows for competitive racing of up to six different vehicles.
- What is the range of the vehicle?
Depending on the vehicle, it can have a range of approximately 100 to
300 feet. The range can be affected if radio frequency interference is present
in the area where you are operating the vehicle.
- Can the vehicle motors be upgraded?
No. The circuit board which controls each vehicle is designed to drive
a specific motor. More powerful motors draw more electric current and if they
are not matched with the proper circuit board, severe damage may result.
- When will I know if I won the drawing?
We will do the drawing on June 30, 2005. You will be notified via email if your name is drawn as the winner.
- How do I qualify for the NO-RISK 90-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

- The vehicle must be returned in good working condition.
