Returns:

This item may be returned for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee, if new and in unused original condition. It must be reurned in its original packaging within 30 days. Please return all information and items that came with this fire pit. E-mail us for a return authorization number (RA) within 2 weeks of delivery. The shipping charges back to the manufacturer and the returning shipping charges back to your home must be prepaid by you and do not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges:

There are no restocking fees for exchanges as long as the fire pit returns in a re-sellable condition in its original packaging. Please return all information and items that came with this fire pit. Then, e-mail us for a return authorization number (RA). Damaged Goods:

Please take a picture of the damage and report it to the carrier. In addition to this, please e-mail for a return authorization number (RA). Describe, in your e-mail , the problem with the shipment. You have 48 hours to notify the carrier. If you notice the damage immediately upon arrival, then start the claims process with the carrier immediately.
