Shipping Policy

We normally ship items through UPS, USPS and various freight companies from the manufacturer. Some of our products are shipped by the manufacturer and we operate under their shipping policies. Canadian products are shipped by the carrier the manufacturer normally uses and we have little control over these policies. However, we do try to find the least expensive way of getting your products directly to the address of your choice. We will notify you through email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

Our firepit, fire pit, solar lighting and patio and deck fireplace or hardwood furniture products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery in new and unused condition in the original packaging. You must e-mail or call us and get a Return Authorization number (RA) within two weeks of delivery so we can alert our manufacturer before you ship.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or replacement. We will credit you for the total cost of your purchase less any restocking fees and shipping fees to and from our faciliity. Shipping fee to and from our facility are not eligible for reimbursement for returned items.
Restocking fees apply to individual items. Please click on the link entitled "Return & Exchange" at the bottom of the page of the item you ordered from for the exact fees. Restocking fees vary between 15% and 30%.
