Normal sales policy
Normal Processing time is 3 to 6 days to allow processing of credit card information. After it in moved into the processing stage where it is picked, packaged, and made ready for shipment. Please allow normal shipment times, normally 6-8 days by ground shipment, quicker if you select overnight or other shipping means for delivery. Shipping is extra and is according to UPS standards,weight and is caculated online with your purchase at checkout.
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Your order can be cancelled prior to packaging and shipment. FEES WILL APPLY (15% of total order)
Once shipment have been made you must follow the return policy as described below.
Return Policy
Products sold by RCSM Services Inc. are covered by our 15-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 15-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below.
All returns covered under our 15-day return period are subject to the following:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Games Extremes must accompany all returns. To obtain your RMA email RCSM Services at rcsmserices@hughes.net or rcsmservices@yahoo.com.
RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the date the product was shipped. After 15 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
RCSM Services will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
15% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds after return policy has been followed.
After 15 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for warranty will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see the products' individual pages for additional details on warranty coverage.
Opened Software, Refurbished Products, and Special Order Items NO REFUNDS are accepted for any items in these categories. Games that are defective can only be returned for the exact title of the games order, NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED FOR GAMES or software ordered. Game units that are defective can only be returned for repair/replacement of exact unit ordered. Arrangement for a return must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped. All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned in the 15 day return period After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.

Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 25% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Service
For warranty service, please contact manufacturer of product to obtain warranty service as RCSM Service Inc. does not handle manufacturers warranties. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

By placing an order at RCSM Services Inc. the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at RCSM Services Inc. the customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized RCSM Services Inc. to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. RCSM Services Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
