satisfied with your purchases within ten days of receipt of your products,
you may return your
purchases to us for a full refund or exchange.
We do not charge
re-stocking fees.
How to return merchandise:

We will gather some basic
information from you, issue a return number and provide shipping instructions.
Merchandise should be
placed back into its original packaging for return shipment.
Unused portions of bulk items
(such as pond liner, underlay, flexible tubing, etc.) cannot be returned
for any reason.
Examples:
Customer A orders a 30'
x 30' liner and can return the entire liner for a full refund within 10 days.
Customer B orders a 30' x 30' liner. A
5' x 30' strip cut from that liner may not be returned for any reason.
