Return Policy

	We believe that you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. If you notice a manufacturing defect contact us via the e-mail address below and we will correct the situation for you. You do have 30-days to make sure the tapestry is right for you and your home. If you decide that it is not we can exchange it for a different design or refund your money once we receive it back. Exchanges will be shipped out once we receive the first tapestry back. All returns must be in a good condition. Refunds will be issued once we receive the items back and have inspected them. If you were charged a shipping fee this will be deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee. IMPORTANT A return notification number must be obtained from us before you return the tapestry this can be obtained by e-mailing us at the e-mail address below. The reply will include this number and the return address so do not ship it until you here back from us. (Usually within 24 hrs excluding Weekends and holidays). If you attempt to return the package without the RA number it will be refused and returned to you at your expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.
