These come with a wide range of decorative ends (Finials), which you can match to your decor. We offer 8 designs on our site, Rods 1 & 2 are designed specifically for tapestries and come with ornate brackets, while the remainder comes with standard drapery brackets. 2: - I have seen the same design on several web sites is it really the same? The answer to this question is both yes and no. Firstly the design could well be the same but it could also be produced by several different weaving companies from various countries around the world. The differences come in the size of the tapestry and in the quality of the weave. All the tapestries that are sold through The Tapestry Shop are woven in North Carolina on a Jacquard loom using the finest cotton by a family owned business which has been in the textile business for over 200 hundred years and takes great pride of the quality of its work. 3:- I need a specific size tapestry to fit my space how accurate are your stated sizes for each tapestry? Due to the nature of weaving the stated size of the tapestry can vary by up to +/- 5%. This is pretty much an industry wide standard no matter where the tapestry is woven. The reason for this variation is due to several factors including the tolerances of the loom that it was woven on and also the finishing and lining of the tapestry can affect its final size. The sizes indicated on this web site indicate the size that was aimed for by the weaver. 4: - Is what you see on the computer screen what you really get? When it comes to the design what you see is what you get Unfortunately the color may vary slightly due to a number of reasons firstly a tapestry is woven from many threads which are dyed so the dye can be slightly different from batch to batch. Secondly everyone’s computer monitor is different in its age and how its settings are set. We do take the utmost care to reproduce the image as close to the original as humanly possible. After that it depends where you live our orders are shipped from North Carolina at the worst you should receive it within seven days of it leaving our warehouse.
