1. How much do you charge for postage and packaging?
For orders up to $20, we charge $3.00 for packaging and courier.
For orders from $20-$89.99 we charge $4.00 for packaging and courier.
Orders over $90 we charge $6.00 packaging and courier.
2. How long before I get my order?
All orders received before 1pm weekdays, will be sent via courierpost that day unless it is a public holiday.
Any orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following week day.
Orders placed on Public Holidays, Saturday's or Sunday's will be processed the following working day.
3. I am a retailer, Do you have wholesale pricing?

4. What's Neoprene?
Neoprene is the same material used to make wet suits. It is lightweight, comfortable and stretches so it hugs your body when the belt is strapped around your waist.
5. What is an Extender?
An extender enables Tune Belts to fit larger waist sizes. In general, Tune Belts fit waist sizes up to 40-42". An extender is needed for larger waist sizes. The extender is a piece of neoprene the same width as the belt. It uses the same male and female buckle system as the Tune Belt and, when fastened in, adds approximately 12" to the maximum waist size.
