Your full satisfaction is always guaranteed or you receive a full refund (less shipping and 10% restocking fee) or replacement within ten days, unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sorry, but internet purchasers will have to pay shipping on returns, but I can possibly extend you my discounted shipping costs, so check with me on this.

All instruments come with a one-year warranty for workmanship by the manufacturer, which is good for repair or replacement. We cannot offer refunds for returns after ten days. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so for local purchases if you have any problems, please contact me for complimentary adjustments (within one year of purchase) or replacements/repairs for warranty issues within a year.
