Dear Mr. Swetlik, Just a note to say thank you for selecting such a wonderful viola for my 13 year old son. The Scott Cao Da Salo viola arrived as promised in perfect condition. Its exterior is beautiful ; and, we've had nothing but positive comments from all of his teachers. The night it arrived my son spent two hours playing passages on his old rental viola, repeating the passages on the Da Salo. He was quite pleased with the very obvious increased sound quality. Just a note to thank you for providing me with a great double bass at a price that is more than fair. The action and tone of my new Palatino bass are incredible, and the instrument itself is a thing of beauty.
I am really happy I made your acquaintance. It is very difficult to find a music store that sells double basses, and even harder to find anyone who knows how to set them up properly. Since you are a professional bassist, you know about the technical details of bass set-up, what strings are best, and how the bass should sound. That gives me enormous confidence in your advice and judgment. The end result is that I have an excellent bass, properly set up to maximize its playability and tone, all at a very affordable and favorable price. What's not to like? :)

Thanks so much for helping us get the new cello for our son. It arrived in perfect condition this morning. There was a hole in the box but it didn't affect the cello at all. Alan's pretty excited about the new cello, but he's at school right now, so he won't get to see it until this afternoon.
We have been so glad to have such a wonderful local program for our kids to both take part in!

This is Chris and my mom who bought an SC-175 from you this past Sunday. Cello is great, playing in well. Mom is quite happy with it. I found quite a bit of dialog on the Internet Forums with the Saga line, all very positive. One story of a student that showed up with an SC-175, to his/her class, and the teacher after playing it went out and immediately purchased one as her personal backup.
