This carrier is build by Komfort Pets, a company that was, unfortunately, too difficult to work with. Every order we placed took at a minimum 2-3 weeks to ship. Komfort Pets would not ship the product to our customer unless we either send them a copy of the check we would mail them or until they received the check. They also said that they could not charge our credit card because their credit card processor did not work. Either way, our customers had to wait a very long time.
We did not receive a tracking number for a long time either which is the only proof to know that the product was shipped. Once we received 3 different tracking numbers and the last one was finally the right one. We continuously requested an order status and received a lot of "running-around" answers.
One customer returned the product and to this day, we have not received a refund. We, of course, issued a prompt refund to our own customer.
We have never exchanged to many emails to process an order as we did with Komfort Pets. As nice as this product is, the logistics and the efforts that are required to get the product to our customers is just too much.
We do not know if Komfort Pets serves their own customers better, but we have not been served well. We do not recommend doing business with this company.
