We present to you this fantastic reproduction of the original Lacoonte sculpture that resides in the Pio-Clementino Museum. This sculpture features Laocoon and his two sons as they struggle with serpents sent by the gods to crush them. Laocoon had incurred the Gods wrath by attempting to warn his fellow Trojans against admitting the famous wooden horse. This Striking statue was cast in bonded Carrara marble and mounted on a marble base by artisans from the legendary Santini Workshop in Italy. Weight 3.5lbs.
