- I-91 South to Exit 25N (Glastonbury). This will put you on Route 3 Bridge
- Take the Main Street Exit into Glastonbury.
- Take right at end of ramp, onto Glastonbury Blvd
- Take a Right onto Naubuc Ave
- Our office is located at 437 Naubuc Ave- CT Spine and Disc Center is on the left. If you go past Venora's Salon, you have gone too far.
From New Haven and points South:
- Take I-91 North to Exit 25, Route 3 East (Glastonbury).
- Follow over bridge, bear right onto Route 2 East (Norwich).
- Take Exit 5D to Main Street Glastonbury Exit
- Take left at light (home depot and firestone will be in front of you)
- Take left at the "T" which is Naubuc Ave
