CANCELLATION
Customers who wish to cancel an order must do so within 2 hours of their transaction.
We will send you an email confirming the cancellation.
If the order is canceled after 2 hours the order will be processed as a return and a 50% restocking fee will apply. When the order is canceled after 2 hours, the handling fee is not refundable, this is to cover the time already spent on your order.

Purchases shipped to Arkansas residents will be charged sales tax. The sales tax in Arkansas is based on the city you live in. We will adjust the percentage after we have received your order.

SHIPPING
For orders within the US we currently offer FREE shipping on all orders. Your package will be sent via UPS, Priority Mail or as First Class Mail, depending on its weight.
Most orders are shipped as Priority Mail, larger orders will be shipped by UPS ground service and smaller items will be sent as First Class Mail.
If you request another method, an additional charge may apply. If you for example would like a smaller item to be sent as Priority Mail or UPS Ground, we will charge you the difference. When ordering a Crib Set or multiple items, please give us your physical address for UPS delivery.
If you would like part of your order to be shipped before the order is complete you will need to pay for shipping and insurance for the package.
Special RUSH delivery to all U.S. addresses is available by UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air for an additional charge.

Due to the extreme cost of international shipping & insurance we will quote shipping & insurance etc via email. You can choose between Air Mail, Priority Mail and Global Express.

FOREIGN ORDERS
Canadian orders (and any other applicable international orders) are subject to duty fees
and taxes. Both are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid when items are
delivered. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes,
and restricted products.
You can place an order from outside the US but please contact us for shipping costs and delivery times, before you order your items. The shipping cost will be added to your purchase and will not show up when you place your order.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
We have designed our checkout process for items to be shipped to a different address.
In addition, you can include a personal message in your package, free of charge!
A separate Handling Fee will be added for each delivery address requested.

After your order is completed, you will receive an E-mail confirmation, if your
order included an E-mail address. When the order is sent, you will receive a second
email, confirming that your order has been shipped.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
All custom made items including bedding, bedding accessories and all personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be canceled. They are special order products and are subject to a separate return and cancellation policy. Any product subject to this policy is so noted on the particular product's web page. We must enforce this policy because we do not stock these items and they are made up on a per-customer
basis. You therefore cannot get a refund on these items.

GIFT ORDERS
We can ship gifts directly to your friends and family. For no extra charge we will include a card with any message you request. Gift Wrapping & gift card are available, for a $6 fee.

DELIVERY TIME
We make all the Baby Bedding, the estimated delivery time for a Whole Baby Crib Set, is 5 - 6 weeks. Baby & Toddler Quilts and other Nursery items will be shipped within about 3-4 weeks. If you order multiple items, 2 items or more, the estimated time is 6 weeks until your order is ready to be shipped.
Only the Baby Quilts, Baby Bedding & Nursery Accessories you can find in the "CLEARANCE CORNER" and on the "READY TO BE SHIPPED" page are already made up and will be shipped within 2 business days.
Special RUSH delivery to all U.S. addresses is available for these items by UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air for an additional charge.

RETURN POLICY
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return a product within 10 days of receiving it. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 10 days.
We must have your order back here no later than 10 days after you received it, unused and in original condition, for a refund, (excluding handling charges, gift-wrapping & shipping charges for certain items).
We do not accept returns on; custom orders, personalized items, soiled or used items. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the items properly to avoid any damage in shipping.
All merchandise will be inspected upon return.
Returned products must be in perfect, re-saleable condition. To keep the order in "perfect, re-saleable condition":
- DON'T Wash the products - Once you wash the items, they cannot be returned.
- Keep the products Odor Free - Sure... we know that some of you cowpokes out there still smoke, but protect the products from strong odors. You cannot return fabric that smells of smoke or last night's chicken special.
- Avoid Pet Damage - You cannot return fabric that has (ahem) pet-related problems, like hair, drool, spit-up, or hoof prints.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that the package is insured, incase of damage or loss on the way to us.

WE ACCEPT NO RETURNS ON OUR BABY CRIB SETS
Due to the large amount of prints we offer for our Baby Crib Sets, they are treated as a custom made products and we do not offer any returns on our Baby crib sets.
We can provide you with samples of the prints before or after you have placed your order.
WE ACCEPT NO RETURNS ON SWEDISH ITEMS - CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS
All our Swedish items and Christmas decorations will be drop shipped to you. We do not accept any returns on these items. If you have any questions regarding our Swedish items and Christmas item, please ask any questions you might have before you place your order.

And we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number for you to include with your order. Please send a copy of your order form with the product. All Returns should be sent as insured mail.
A 50% restocking fee will apply on all returns. This is to cover the material we have bought for your order. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged or credited back to purchaser's credit card.
We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive a product you believe is defective or damaged in shipping, please ask the carrier for a confirmation note and contact us immediately with the following information: your order number, shipment tracking number (found on the packing slip) and the name of the carrier. All packages delivered are insured against loss or damage in shipment. Save the carton and packaging for UPS/USPS inspection until the claim is settled.

CREDIT AND RETURN TIME
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item, you will receive an E-mail that reflects that
your credit card has been credited. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
A 50% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. The handling fee and any shipping charges are not refundable.
