Quilters Dream Batting, uses the finest fibers and manufacturing available to bring you the Dreamiest of all quilt batting. A variety of lofts are available to fit all of your quilt batting needs. Each batt is hand cut and inspected with care so that quality and consistency are ensured. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in every way. Quilters Dream offers four lofts in their quilt batting, REQUEST LOFT 3 oz batting, SELECT LOFT 4 oz batting, DELUXE LOFT 6 oz batting, and SUPREME LOFT 8 oz quilt batting. 100% Pure Cotton Batting
Quilters Dream Cotton is 100% Pure Cotton Batting. We start with the finest USA natural and environmentally friendly cotton and specially processed Dream Cotton so that you can quilt up to 8" apart. No prewashing necessary! Available in Natural and White in four lofts. Quilters Dream makes the thickest cotton quilt batting available.
Quilters Dream Cotton starts with the finest USA cotton and is carded, crosslapped and specially needlepunched. 100% natural and environmentally friendly, our batting proudly bears Cotton Incorporated’s seal. Our special process prevents shifting and lumping. It has a very high thermal value (R=3.8) warm yet light. Your will love Quilters Dream Quilt Batting.
Stitching up to 8" apart allows quilters wonderful freedom of design. Needles (by machine and hand) glide smoothly through the fine, consistent, even webbing. The finished quilt may be machine washed and dried. Shrinkage is minimal. Drapes beautifully giving a traditional look and feel to your quilt.

Quilters Dream Poly uses our exclusive blend of the new fine microfibers. Dream Poly has exceptional drape, breathability and comfort surpassing all other polyester battings. Quilts beautifully - you will feel the difference! Available in three lofts in pure white.
Sweet Dreams 100% cotton stuffing
Sweet Dreams. 100% cotton stuffing, soft dreamy layers of fluffy natural cotton. A crafters dream for stuffing, pot holders, pillows, padding and upholstery.
Very light low loft. Needles glide like butter. In Natural or White. No prewashing. Largest space between stitches 8". Exceptional for hand quilting. Very good short arm machine quilting. Shrinkage in cold wash air dry 1%. Shrinkage with warm wash warm dry 3%.
High loft extra volume & warmth Natural only. No prewashing. Largest space between stitches 8". Not recommended for hand quilting. Excellent machine quilting long & short arm machine. Shrinkage cold wash air dry 1%. Shrinkage warm wash warm dry 3%.
DREAM WOOL Made with a blend of fine Domestic and Merino wool, this wool is scoured and super-washed for superior cleanliness and to eliminate shrinkage. Quilters Dream's unique processing creates wool batting with exceptionally soft drape, uniformity and strength. Available July 2006

Dream Puff is 1.5 times warmer than down and almost twice as warm as high loft polyester battings. So light, breathable and wonderfully comfortable, you will be amazed at Dream Puffs superior warmth. Dream Angel Heavenly Batting of 100% Flame Retardant Fibers with a wonderfully natural look and feel. Heavenly for both hand and machine quilting, this batting really is as soft as an angels wing.
Dream Angel is made of fibers which are inherently flame retardant. They are designed not to melt or flow when in contact with flame. Together they form a flame retardant batting which will not wash out. The batting is not sprayed with chemical additives and there are no PBDE's additives. Dream Angel was tested by an independent laboratory and meets both international standards and the NEW DRAFT CAL 604.
Dream Angel has a wonderfully natural look and feel. The fibers are needlepunched into a beautiful, soft, cozy batting, very resistant to creasing. No need to prewash! Heavenly for both hand and machine quilting. Confidently stitch up to 6" apart. It drapes beautifully. Finished quilt may be machine washed and dried.

Quilters Dream Blend for Machines 70/30 - Soft to Hug - Yet Takes the Tug... 70% cleaned natural cotton and 30% fine denier polyester blended in perfect harmony and needlepunched onto an ultralight scrim base.
Dream Blend for Machines is 70% Cotton blended with 30% Fine Denier Poly Microfibers creating the perfect batting especially developed for machine quilting. The highest grade of USA cleaned natural cotton is blended with our silky fine denier polyester microfibers. These perfectly blended fibers are carded and crosslapped for a smooth consistent web that is layered on to a light scrim and specially needlepunched.

5 INGREDIENTS OF DREAM BLEND FOR MACHINES
Natural Cotton - the highest grades of upland USA natural cotton. We start with nature's cleanest cotton and then mechanically clean the cotton to practically eliminate any remaining seed or leaf particles.
Polyester Microfibers - "not polyester as usual". Fine silky fibers imitate natural fibers in softness, drape and breathability and impart volume to cotton allowing for easier washability, quicker drying and reduced shrinkage.
Ultralight Polyproplyene Scrim - an ultralight thin base that the cotton/poly fibers are needlepunched through. This base adds a layer of stabilized strength that allows the extra "tug" or "pull" and helps reduce any "hand prints", stretch or puckering as you are working with the batting. Scrim has a melt point of 250F. To maintain the soft suppleness of your quilt, dry on low temperatures, do not use a commercial dryers and use a low iron setting. If you dry-clean your quilt, advise your cleaner.
Special processing - we use state of the art manufacturing. The fine denier poly and cleaned cotton fibers are opened, combed, blended and carded. To add extra strength and prevent "neps", we go another step and crosslap the fibers into a fine consistent web or pad. This is layered with the scrim and specially needlepunched using thousands of sawlike needes that interlace the fibers through the soft scrim base.

We use UPS for shipping on individual quilt batt. This site will not calculate the shipping cost until after you have put in your zip code. We have to know where you are to know the cost. All other providers use UPS except Buffalo Batt and Mountain Mist and Hobbs which all use DHL.
