Q: How can I change text in my Auto Responder?
A: Go to http://www.myquickresponse.com.
Your User name is your Auto Responder address. For example:
If my Auto Responder address was johndoe@myquickresponse.com, I would use
that as my User Name. My password will be in the email I received when my
Auto Responder was setup. If you cannot find your password, you may contact
our Customer Service Department by phone or email to get the needed information.

Q: How can I change the email address my Auto
Responder goes to?
A:Once you have logged into your Auto Responder, you may change the email
address in the fields called: Notification Email and Reply-To Email.

Q: How can I change my Auto Responder password?
A: Once you have logged into your Auto Responder, you can change the password
by typing in a new password, verifying it, and clicking the Change button. This
will require you to log out of your account and log back in using your new password.

Q: How long does it take for my customer to receive
my Auto Responder message?
A: The message will be delivered anywhere
from immediately to 5 minutes after the request is made.

Q: How do I know that the Auto Responder was received
by my customer?
A: You will not receive an email to your
account with the message stating 'The recipient was not available' or 'The user
does not exist'. If you do not receive either of these messages, the customer
received the Auto Responder correctly.

Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email and
they will be able to setup a new password for your Auto Responder. 801-434-8582
