Customer Service & Return Policy:
Non-Italian jewelry that has not had its security tag removed and
has not been damaged or altered may be returned up to seven (7) days from the
time of receipt for a 95% refund of the purchase price (S&H and special
services are not refundable ever) , no questions asked. Damaged or used
jewelry cannot be returned. Italian jewelry can be returned no questions asked
up to 30 days from the date of purchase even if they have been worn for a 95%
refund on the purchase price of the jewelry. Why do you have a 95% return
policy? Most of our jewelry is custom made just for you and we invest a great
deal in getting it made specifically for you, due to the personalized nature
of the jewelry it is hard to resell it. When you order you pay up-front
because you are putting a deposit on a custom made jewelry because of the
expense and the effort it takes to produce the jewelry for you. If you pay by
debit card or any other means that can be denied for insufficient fund or any
other reason, you will be charged $25 or whatever our fees are for cancelling
or sending payment with insufficient funds. Sorry for hygienic reasons we
cannot under any circumstances accept returns of body jewelry, all body
jewelry sales are final. Sorry we cannot give a 30 days return policy on
highly customized item (sizing of the items within 5-12 is not consider highly
customized).
Additional Information:
Most of our jewelry is manufactured just for you. Each and every
piece only exists for you. Generally H-I color, SI clarity except for
promotional materials (less expensive items) in which case they are
promotional grade. In this world of machine automation, you still get
craftsmen working just for you. Since most of our jewelry is custom made we
charge your Credit Card at the time of purchase as a deposit for the
manufacturing of the jewelry.
Discount Coupons:
All discount coupons must be used on the cart at the time of order
for them to be effective. Sorry we cannot give you credit for the coupon after
the order has been completed and charged we cannot reverse the charge and
adjust it. If you do not use the coupon at the time you place the order by
placing the coupon ID in the coupon box in the shopping cart prior to
completing your order you may always use it for your next order! Coupons do
not discount items that are already on special.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or
product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Debi’s Jewelry Box shall immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail
in our images for your benefit, actual jewelry size may be different than the
size they appear in the site due to extreme closeups of the images.
