Biking Tours
In collaboration with our specialized tour operators, we offer custom biking tours for groups of 4 or more in Tuscany, Piedmont, and other parts of Italy. Below are two sample itineraries. These can be booked as special departures for your biking group, or modified to suit your interests (with longer rides, for instance).

All offer scenic back roads, challenging hills, and great Italian cooking: a true biker's paradise. Morning rides are 25-35 miles on rolling terrain, with support van and optional loops. Shuttle by van to the vineyards in the afternoon.


Chianti Classico By Bike
Vineyards, olive groves, and cypresses create the picturesque landscape of Chianti Classico and San Gimignano. Enjoy terrific biking and fascinating side trips to the Gothic city of Siena and to Certaldo, the birthplace of Boccaccio.

Pedal Piedmont
Bike through Piedmont's three top wine zones--Alba, Asti, and Gavi--in the Langhe hills, home to Piedmont's world-class wine. Visit top Barolo producers, Savoy castles, and the company owners' personal wine cellar.
