Gluten Free Cereal
Brighterlife Gluten-Free Cereal
Ingredients:
170g Millet
250g LSA blend
150g Rice Puffs
200g Sunflower Seeds
200g Phyllium
450g or 3 cups Premium Whey
Blend
200g Slivered Almonds
100g Puffed Amaranth
150g Shredded Coconut
250g Dried Blueberries,
Cranberries or Goji Berries
Method:
Mix all ingredients
together well. Store in airtight bags and freeze extra until you need to use.
This will retain its freshness. This cereal is a lovely wholesome cereal.
Ingredients can be bought from health foods shops in prepacked bags or as bulk
product.

Ingredients:
1 cup Perfert Pikelet Mix
1 egg
1 cups Gluten-Free Cereal
1 tblspn honey or syrup
½ cup Premium Whey or Protein
Powder
60g butter
½ cup Almond meal
25-50mls water
Method:
Combine all ingredients
except the water and mix well. At this stage you can add some extras if you
wish. Example: coconut, dried fruit, nuts or some more sweetener if you wish -
this determines how much water you need. Add water until the mixture just
turns from a crumble-type mixture to a more cake-type mixture. Scrape mixture
into a pan approx. 27 ½ x 17 ½ or a square cake tin. Bake in a slow oven
approx. 1600C for 20 minutes or until browned. Cut into portion sizes and
freeze for future use. Now you will never be without a yummy healthy breakfast
or snack, high in fibre and protein content!
