bread last night. I just had to write to tell you that it the most delicious
gluten free bread I have tried and I have tried many. I will be a frequent

Loved the cup cakes. I made half the
mix plain then added half teaspoon of mixed spice, half cup of dates and 1/2
tsp carb soda soaked in a small amount of hot water to the other half and had
sticky date cakes, which were also very nice. (Carol - NSW)

through my sister-in-law who is also gluten and wheat intolerant and they look

Hello. I have tried one bread mix today and I
can't believe that feeling of it tasting like real bread. When I had my
sandwich I thought "My God! have I taken my husbands bread instead?" It sends
me back two years ago when I could eat whatever I wanted. I have just placed
and order after trying your delicious breadmix and I'm looking forward to many
more successes. I have ordered the recipe book which I hope will have a recipe

I was diagnosed in 1982 with multiple
allergies, both food and chemical. I was so bad that the Specialist's
treatment was to follow a strict rotational diet ( this means no food from the
same family can be eaten during an interval of less than four days).
When I started to look for foods on the
supermarket and health food shelves I could find very little that allowed me
to also avoid wheat, corn, millet,barley,oats and soya in particular.
Food-wise these were the most miserable years of my life.
I still rotate my foods as much as possible
but can "get away" with a lot more these days. I really appreciate the variety
of recipes to be made with your mixes; bread that tastes good and cuts like
bread, and more important, doesn't crumble. I can even make cakes, desserts
and biscuits from your mixes. I have tried all your mixes successfully -

Netherlands and thought the mixes and bread in Australia where tasteless. This
is so good that I won't need to go to the other side of the world to buy my
products. Kylie T's Mixes are easier and taste great. All the product in fact

My husband and I, although not coeliacs, have
been sampling all you mixes, as our neighbour has been demonstating the many
and varied recipes for some weeks.
The wheat free food made from the recipes is
far more easily digested than than ordinary recipes. You do not suffer any
feeling of flatulence and/or indigestion.
I have recommended them to people who have
undergone surgery and on-going treatment; and people who are coeliacs. They
have been well-pleased and relieved that they can at last eat something that
is palatable and does not upset their very fragile digestive systems.

Just a quick note to say I am very impressed
with the layout of your Web Site. My husband and two sons are coeliacs with my
youngest son also yeast and lactose intolerant. I have placed an order and
look forward to giving your product a go. Being isolated on a cattle property

So far I have made all your products
successfully including the bread rolls. My daughter has to eat rice bread,
most breads are pretty yucky but yours is really very good. My wife, who has
coeliac disease also liked your products very much. I am the cook of the house
and I really like your recipes because they are really easy to use. If you

The pancakes and pikelets were better than
the same in a wheat equivalent, I couldn't stop all the wheat eaters from

I thought your introductory offer was a great
way to try out your product, which turned out to be exactly what I've been
searching for. However I am still trying to master the bread! I won't give up.
Can I use any of your mixes to make pasta? We eat a lot of pasta but I find
some of the no wheat varieties a little too gluey.
Yes you can make pasta out of the pancake
mix. I however have not made this but have been forwarded the recipe by a
customer who makes pasta all the time.
PASTA: The instructions I have been given are
as follows: Beat 3 eggs. Add flour gradually into egg mix until you get a very
stiff and dry consistency. Tip the mix out onto a floured board and knead.
Make your pasta as normal from here. Try a course setting when feeding through
a pasta machine.

make the bread at the weekend; I followed your instructions and added
sunflower seed and linseed, topped with sesame. It was fantastic; it looked,
felt and tasted like real…bread! I will be definitely getting more.

Dear Kylie,
I am making the "Bendy Bread" using the
Breville Ultimate Baker's Oven with very good results. I mixed the bread mix
and put it in the recommended baking tin. I then put it in the bread maker on
a bake only cycle at 105oC for 75minutes. I am very happy with the result and
it is almost the same as using the gas oven.

recommend so we are looking forward to meeting with him to get some positive
action for my son who almost died last week due to an attack triggered from

line to compliment you on your wonderful bread baking product. I am not a
baker or a chef by any means and your product so easy to use with minimal
fuss. I have had a lot of trouble finding bread that does not fall apart and
tastes nice. My husband can now enjoy wonderful soft beautiful tasting bread
that even temps me when just out of the oven.

Thank you, I received the bread tray in the
mail yesterday. I made a loaf this morning with even better results than my
first attempt.(in a normal cake tray)

Also, I am just wondering if you sell your
bread mix in an even bigger package, because if I am making 2 loaves of bread
a week, I would go through the mix pretty quickly. I think I could easily
order 5kg at a time (I wouldn't need any fancy packaging!).
