Whey is made from the serum that is separated
when the casein in milk is converted to cheese and leave the lactoabumin in
the serum. No casein, no fat is in this serum just a smaller portion of the
lactoabumin protein, minerals and a small amount of lactose that has not been
used up by the culture. In many whey based products on the market the casein
is hidden because they include fats that are dried onto casein. In the whey

Premium Whey Drink we use a palm
oil that is dried onto tapioca maltodextrin. Absolutely no casein comes near
the product. It is ultrafiltered to remove fat and increase the protein
content. Whey proteins are recognised as being the easiest to digest, most
suited to muscle and tissue rebuilding, assisting the body to grow during the
growing years and helping to prevent wear and tear later in life.

with vitamins and minerals, vegetable gums, palm kernel oil and maltodextrins
that are unique, as all are free from casein, corn, gluten, soy and wheat. The
use of the drink powder in this product boosts protein and complex
carbohydrates, slowing the release of energy, improving texture and taste.
Brighterlife baked foods last longer (after they are baked) than many other
low allergy foods without preservatives. This whey drink has a reduced lactose
level as compared to its milk equivalent, however many people with lactose
intolerance have a particular tolerance level, which allows them to consume

Mixing
Instructions:
Serving suggestion - Add 100grams or half a
cup of Premium Whey Blend to 1 litre of tepid water. Mix together and shake
well. Refrigerate before use.
