Gluten Free Peanut Bikkies
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup of Brighterlife
Bread or Bread roll mix
100g butter or
alternative
1/3 cup of gluten free peanut
paste or tahini
1/3 cup of brown sugar
Vanilla
Grated lemon rind
Method:
Beat together butter,
peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla and grated lemon rind.
Add sifted flour. Mix well.
Roll mixture into balls and set
on a prepared oven tray. Mark with a fork, partically flatening the dough.
Bake in a moderately slow oven
about 20mins or until browned.
