Gluten Free, Egg Free Cup Cakes
Gluten Free / Egg Free Cup Cakes
Ingredients:
200g Brighterlife
Kylie's cup cake mix
200mls
water or milk
Vanilla
50g softened butter or
alternative
1/4 cup of caster sugar
(optional)
Method:
Beat together softenend
butter and sugar until the mixture looks creamy.
Add into mixture 1/4 cup
alternatively at a time the flour and the liquid. Mix until well
combined.
Arrange 12 cup cake papers into
a 12 hole muffin tray.
Divide mixture evenly into the
trays.
Bake in a moderately slow oven
at approx 160oC for 15mins or until lightly browned.
