The
Pancake/Pikelet formula is a unique combination of ingredients
flour, gums, risers and a little sweetner. This gluten free formula is
also great for baking a variety of cakes and biscuits. A full list of recipe

For delicious Gluten free
pancakes and pikelets as pictured below all you need to do is mix egg and
water and for best results bake on a moderately warm preheated pan or skillet.
(which is my favourite)
*Eat immediately or freeze in
an airtight container and defrost when you require. Great for kids lunch
boxes.
Basic Cooking Instructions for Gluten
Free Pikelet or Pancake Multipurpose Mix:
Measure out 180g (1cup) of
flour to 3/4 cup of water. You can vary the amount of flour you use and change
the water content to match the ratio. Note: (maximum 380g or 2 1/4 cups water)
Sift flour and add egg or egg replacer. Add water and beat until well blended.
Pour into a preheated moderately hot greased skillet or fry pan. Wait until
the mixture bubbles and turn. For Pancakes, increase the water content to
preferred consistency. ENJOY!
