Privacy Policy
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Shipping Information
Shipping times is based on the selected shipping option at time of checkout. WHASTA, Inc. will choose the best carrier option available for your area. Shipping times does not include order processing time. Processing time will vary depending on order volume. International shipments require signature on delivery. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Policy
Breathing Products: PowerLung and MaxBreath are personal use devices proven in independent clinical studies to be effective when used as directed. Each model of product is sealed for health reasons and for your safety. There are NO RETURNS if this protection is broken or any protective wrapping or covering is opened. The PowerLung and Max Breath products have a limited 5-year warranty to cover any defects in materials and workmanship.

Any product returned unopened with all safety seals and packaging intact will receive a refund for the amount charged for the product less a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds for shipping and handling charges. CODs are not accepted for any returned item.
